These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website 3webobs.com and the Audit·AI™ service (together, the "Service"), operated by AIVENTURE S.R.L. ("we", "us", "the Operator"), a company registered in Romania, European Union.

1. Scope and acceptance

1.1 Who these Terms bind

By accessing the Service, submitting a URL, or running an audit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.1.1 Acting for an organisation

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

1.1.2 Documents forming part of these Terms

The following documents are incorporated by reference and form part of your agreement with us:

1.1.3 Order of precedence

Where a conflict arises, a signed written agreement prevails over these Terms, and these Terms prevail over the incorporated documents.

2. What the Service does

2.1 Technical description

Audit·AI™ analyses a website URL that you submit and returns a diagnostic report describing how that website presents itself to AI systems, answer engines and search crawlers.

2.1.1 What is fetched

The analysis is performed by fetching publicly accessible resources of the submitted website:

2.1.2 What is never attempted

The Service inspects only what is publicly served. It does not attempt authentication, does not bypass access controls, does not submit forms, and does not access private, internal or password-protected areas of any website.

2.2 Delivery

2.2.1 On-screen report

Results are displayed in the browser immediately after the scan completes.

2.2.2 Emailed report

Where you provide an email address, a copy of the report may be delivered to that address. Delivery depends on your mail provider and is not guaranteed.

3. Nature of the results

3.0 The report is a technical observation

It is not a certification, not a legal opinion and not a guarantee of outcome.

3.1 What a score represents

3.1.1 Signals actually tested

Scores reflect signals observable at the moment of the scan, evaluated against fixed rules.

3.1.2 Signals not applicable

Signals that cannot be verified from public sources are marked as not applicable rather than assigned an invented value. A report that shows many such markers is being honest about the limits of what was observable, not failing.

3.2 What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that acting on the report will produce any specific ranking, citation, visibility, traffic or commercial result. Third-party AI systems and search engines are outside our control and change their behaviour without notice.

3.3 Point-in-time validity

A report describes a website at a moment in time. It becomes progressively less accurate as the website, and the systems that consume it, change.

4. Eligibility and permitted use

4.1 Who may use the Service

4.2 Which URLs you may submit

4.2.1 Permitted

You may submit a URL where you own the website, are authorised to act on its behalf, or the website is publicly accessible and you have a legitimate purpose for analysing it.

4.2.2 Prohibited

You must not use the Service to overload, disrupt, probe or attack any third-party infrastructure. Automated or high-volume use requires prior written agreement.

4.2.3 Full restrictions

Detailed restrictions are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Pricing and payment

5.1 Free tier

The first audit is provided free of charge, subject to rate limiting and abuse prevention.

5.2 Paid audits

5.2.1 Price and currency

Subsequent audits and reports are charged at the price displayed on the Service at the time of ordering. Prices are stated in EUR and, unless otherwise indicated, exclude applicable VAT.

5.2.2 Machine-to-machine pricing

Access by autonomous agents under a negotiated arrangement may be priced differently from human-facing access. Terms are agreed in writing before access is granted.

5.3 Subscriptions

Where a subscription is offered, it renews for successive periods until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No pro-rata refund is given for an unused part of a period already paid.

5.4 Failed payment

If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the outstanding amount is settled.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

6.1 The general rule

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.

6.2 The exception that applies here

Because a report is generated and delivered immediately on request, by placing the order and requesting immediate delivery you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the report has been produced, in accordance with Romanian legislation transposing Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Our rights

The Service, its methodology, its signal taxonomy, the Audit·AI™ name and all associated materials are owned by AIVENTURE S.R.L. and protected by intellectual property law.

7.2 Your licence

7.2.1 What you may do

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the report you commissioned for your own internal purposes, including sharing it with your own client where you commissioned it on their behalf.

7.2.2 What you may not do

You may not resell, white-label, republish or systematically extract the Service or its outputs without a written licence from us.

7.3 Third-party content

Content of a website you submit remains the property of its rights holder. We claim no ownership over it.

8. Availability and changes

8.1 Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8.1.1 Known causes of interruption

8.2 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown above. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be notified before they take effect.

9. Liability

9.1 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.2 Excluded loss

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings.

9.3 What cannot be excluded

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9.4 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your submission of URLs you were not entitled to analyse, or from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

10.1 Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law.

10.2 Jurisdiction

The courts of Bucharest, Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which a consumer is resident.

10.3 Alternative dispute resolution

Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10.5 Note on legal review

Frequently Asked Questions

Ten questions that come up most often, answered plainly.

It measures how a website presents itself to AI systems, answer engines and search crawlers. The engine fetches the page, robots.txt, sitemap.xml and declared machine-readable signal files, then evaluates 167 signals across five dimensions: AI Signals, AEO, GEO, AIO and SEO.

No. Every score is produced by deterministic rules applied to evidence actually observed on the website. A language model is used only to write the short narrative summary at the end. This separation means the same website in the same state always produces the same score.

Because a signal that cannot be verified from public sources has not failed — it simply could not be tested. Marking it as failed would invent a verdict. Signals requiring paid external data sources or owner-level access are reported as not applicable, and the report states how many were tested.

SEO is the technical and content foundation used by search engines. AEO structures content so assistants extract direct answers. GEO makes the brand entity discoverable and citable by generative systems. AIO covers how AI systems understand, rank and reproduce content across the full stack.

No. The audit inspects only publicly served resources. Nothing is installed, no tracking code is added, no authentication is attempted, and no private or password-protected area is accessed.

The first audit is free. Subsequent audits are charged at the price displayed on the site at the time of ordering. A monthly plan adds score tracking, regression alerts and history. Machine-to-machine access for AI agents is priced separately under a written arrangement.

Yes. The engine exposes a POST endpoint at /audit that accepts a URL and returns a structured JSON report, plus a GET endpoint at /stats for service metadata. Negotiated machine-to-machine access, including rate limits, is agreed in writing.

No. Third-party AI systems change their behaviour without notice and no provider guarantees citation. The audit identifies observable technical signals that are within your control; it does not promise a ranking, a citation or a commercial outcome.

No. The report is a technical observation, not a certification and not a legal opinion. It identifies signals that justify further evaluation. For a formal classification under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, obtain independent legal analysis.
